Remember Dyslexia Action in your will.
"When I was six years old I was diagnosed with dyslexia. My mother already knew about our local Dyslexia Action centre when I first started having trouble at school and so I was lucky enough to get the help I needed. A lot of my friends didn't have that support and I know they really struggled. If you can't learn to read, you can't read to learn.
I decided to include Dyslexia Action in my will because I know that dyslexia doesn't need to be a barrier - learning doesn't need to be a struggle with the right support.
I know Dyslexia Action delivers results and that by leaving a gift others like me can also have the confidence to achieve in learning and life."
Michael Blakey, Director, Avonmore Developments Ltd
Leaving a legacy to Dyslexia Action is one of the most wonderful gifts you could ever make. You can be sure that any donation you make to us will be wisely invested in ensuring that children and adults with dyslexia and specific learning disabilities continue to receive the help and support they so desperately need.
Your generosity could make a huge difference in changing lives and even a little can mean a lot! We want to make leaving such a special gift as easy as possible. Please find below some useful links and information which may help to advise you about your options should you decide to remember Dyslexia Action in your will.
Dyslexia Action are proud members of Remember a charity and are supporting their 2011 campaign featuring legendary stuntman Rocky Taylor. Remember a Charity week will be held from 12th -18th September 2011 and provides a platform to raise awareness of the importance of charitable legacy giving and to encourage more people to consider leaving a gift to charity in their will.

Rocky Taylor has been a movie stuntman for over 40 years, appearing in nearly 150 films including Titanic, Indiana Jones, Harry Potter and Pirates of The Caribbean. Far from retiring, he is currently juggling his role with Remember A Charity with filming the sequel to Clash of The Titans. He was also the first Honey Monster in the popular TV ads, taught Cliff Richard Judo for a film role and has been involved in the production of all 22 Bond movies. The first live stunt at Battersea Power Station will be on Tuesday 2nd August where you can see Rocky recreate the stunt from Death Wish 3 that nearly killed him and hit the headlines in 1985!
