Dyslexia Action has people, our beneficiaries, at its heart. By making a donation you can help us to take action and change more lives.
With your support we will be able to reach more people with dyslexia and given them the support they need through our voluntary funded services in communities across the UK.
These services include the It's ME! Learning Fund (formerly the Bursary Fund), which provides subsidised tuition, and Partnership for Literacy, our intervention in schools programme.
The difference your money can make:
£10 - could enable us to provide ‘Testing for a Tenner’ sessions to help identify people with signs of dyslexia.
£25 - could help provide books and materials for a local Dyslexia Action centre
£30 - could pay for a parent to attend an awareness course
£35 - could pay for someone to receive ‘shared multi-sensory tuition’ through the It’s ME! Learning Fund.
£65 - could support a group of adults for 1 hour's tuition
£90 - Would pay for Units of Sound on a memory stick, enabling a child or adult to learn at home
£500 - Could contribute towards a child or adult receiving a full psychological assessment
£750 - Would provide a centre with an interactive White Board
